Declaration of exceptional public interest
The commemoration of the Four Hundredth Anniversary of El Greco has been declared an event of exceptional public interest by Law 39/2010, dated 22nd December (Additional Provision 54). In this respect, the Spanish Government has sought to promote the event by granting sponsors the maximum tax incentives available under Spanish law.
