The profile of the contracting party at the El Greco 2014 Foundation shall be outlined on the Foundation's web page, with a view to ensuring complete transparency and public access to information regarding its contracting activities, as well as fulfilling the provisions of Article 42 of Law 30/2007 Regarding Public Sector Contracts, dated 30th October.
This contracting party profile shall include all of the details and information required in relation to tenders, thus ensuring fluid and transparent relations between bidding parties and the contracting body. The information shall include details regarding open tenders or tenders that are currently being carried out, contracts that have been adjudicated, means of communicating with the contracting body, conditions, announcements, publication dates, rectifications, provisional and definitive adjudications, etc.
